We will be teaching textured-tile making class in 2025. Classes will be on Friday evenings beginning in March. We are located in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Look for the Classes link to sign up. Details will be solidified before February.

We are offering Tile-making classes in 2025 on Friday evenings. Most projects are intended to be completed in one session. We will show you how to add texture detail in your soft clay then cut and construct your chosen project. Next, you will choose glaze that will reenforce unique surface pattern and finish your piece. At the end, we will fire your piece. Projects include a simple or edged-tray, shallow bowl, a set of coasters/ hot plate, ornaments or pendant. Most likely you can make more than one thing, time permitting.
If up for the challenge, we will have several 2 session projects planned out and available in the class schedule. These projects include salt and pepper shakers, ornate relief tiles, wall mounted shrine/ precious shelf projects.
We have created many, many slab clay projects and can show you too. We will give you clay and tools to use. You will also have access to our colorful translucent glaze library to bring your piece to life.
